Are you insured?

Yes. Precision Decorating Ltd carries Public Liability Insurance of up to $5 million which can be increased if the project requires. We also hold motor fleet insurance with a limit of liability to third parties of $10 million.  Should anything go wrong you can rest assured you're covered!!

 

Do your quotes include all paint and materials required to complete the work?

Yes we try to include every aspect of the job that can be seen during the site visit; this includes all paint, access equipment and any other materials that may be required to achieve the desired result.

 

Are PDL employee’s professional painters?

All PDL staff are experienced, professional painters.   We employ a balance of qualified tradesmen, experienced painters and apprentices learning their trade.

 

How long will you take to finish the job?

We estimate the time required to complete your project and work as close as possible to that timeframe.  We understand that your home is your castle and look to create as little disruption as possible.   

 

Are you registered contractors?

Yes, we are both GST registered and registered members of the New Zealand Master Painters Association.

 

Do you offer a warranty on your workmanship?

We offer a Workmanship Guarantee on all interior and exterior painting and stand by it.  Some paint systems can attract a longer guarantee in accordance with a Paint Manufacturers Specification

 

How about building works?

Yes we can happily arange a Licenced builder to carry out any building work that may be required as part of the project.

 

Can you provide me with a list of references?

We are more than happy to supply you with a list of people and/ or properties to call and/or look at.  We have nothing to hide!

 

Will my property remain clean and tidy?

Absolutely, we treat every job as if it was on our own property and take every step to maintain a clean, safe and tidy work space.

 

I see you have won lots of awards, does this mean you will be expensive?

No not at all; all jobs are priced to incorporate all aspects of the project so there will be no hidden costs.  Our objective is  to deliver a great result that stands the test of time at a fair and competitive price.
